Fatigue Safety Action Program (FSAP)
The FSAP dashboard is part of the SMS integration bundle. Your current FRMS deployment has SMS Integration turned off, so this page has no data to show.
To enable it, open Settings → FRMS / Fatigue and toggle SMS Integration on. Part 91 flight departments can safely leave this off — none of the FSAP features are required for Part 91 operations.
