Probability Scoring Data
Configure the underlying data that powers empty leg probability calculations
What percentage of empty leg sales occur on each day. Must sum to 100%.
Probability based on days between quote and flight. 3-7 days is typically the "sweet spot".
Percentage of annual charter demand by month. Must sum to 100%.
Company-specific operational settings that affect probability calculations.

Special Airports (§135.297 / OpSpec A021)
Airport identifiers (ICAO or FAA) requiring special PIC qualification per your OpSpec A021 / GOM.
When a trip's departure or arrival airport matches this list, the compliance dashboard
emit an advisory to the Chief Pilot / Director of Operations to verify pilot qualification and recent experience.
Free-form list — typical entries are ICAO identifiers like KASE, KEGE, KTEX.
ELR Alert Recipients (AC 120-78B § 5.1)
Recipients for Electronic Recordkeeping System (ELR) integrity alerts. When the storage-integrity Cloud Function detects SHA-256 drift on a wrapped record (training event PDF, signed form, certificate, etc.), CRITICAL alerts email both the Director of Operations and Safety Manager immediately. SMS to DO is optional and gated on the opt-in below.
Backend note: Saved values land at settings/training/alert*
in Firestore. The storage-integrity Cloud Function (Phase 1.10) reads the corresponding
alertRecipients map at alert time — see functions/storage-integrity.js.
Falls back to the ADMIN_EMAIL environment variable if no DO email is configured.

Reference Constants
GAC's global benchmarks — the single editable source the Reference Tools (and, later, the generators) read from. Each carries a source label and a last-updated date; saving stamps today's date. Current value only — saved deliverables keep their own snapshot, so they remain the historical record.

Fees & Benefits
Crew Compensation — GAC Fully-Loaded (Layer B)
GAC's fully-loaded annual payroll (compensation + benefits + employer payroll taxes) for the categories GAC crews. Leave blank to show the industry band with a "no GAC value set" tag. Annual USD per seat.
Charter Rates — GAC Realized (Layer B)
GAC's realized charter rate ($/hr) for the categories GAC operates, positioned against the industry band in the Reference Tools. Per-category (GAC operates one type per category); per-tail premiums stay in the comparison generator. Note: charter "Large" = the Heavy tier (GIV).
Training Cost — GAC Contracted (Layer B)
Confidential. GAC's CAE per-event contract pricing (per pilot), for the types with a GAC training record — Heavy: GIV, Falcon 2000 · ULR: GV, G550, G650. These figures are never published: in the Reference Tools they only position each type's marker within the public band, and the pro forma / comparison documents apply them precisely. Leave blank to show the band with no marker. Per event, USD.
